Cancellation Before Plan Commencement:
If you wish to cancel your participation in any chit plan before it officially begins, a refund may be applicable. This will be processed after deducting any administrative charges, if applicable.
No Refund After Plan Commencement:
Once a chit plan has commenced and the first contribution has been made, no refunds will be provided. This is because the pooled funds are used in accordance with the agreed-upon terms, and the contributions are non-refundable once the plan begins.
Dispute Resolution:
In case of any issues or discrepancies with your chit plan, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We will do our best to resolve the matter efficiently and fairly. Refunds, if any, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
